The owner was friendly and accommodating, great to check-in early. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and kept very clean. The location was fantastic, with easy access to all the main attractions in the city. I also appreciated the good air-conditioning and the secure feeling of the apartment.

It was incredible right in the centre of the city.

I had a really great stay, with location right in the heart of the old city. Everything was perfect and I got ironing for free. The setting was favourable and best possible. Walked in 5 minutes to Cafe del Mar that serves coffee and treats...

We stayed at Bubuflats in the city center for 3 nights to explore the historical sites. The modern and sun-filled duplex apartment with antique furnishings was a pleasant surprise. The kitchen facilities were perfect, and the nearby market made cooking easy. The spacious apartment had balconies on both sides, and the central location allowed us easy access to restaurants. Ample storage space, a big TV, and reliable wifi were icing on the cake.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

Marina, our incredible host, made our stay feel like a home away from home. The location was unbelievable, right in the heart of the action. The terrace was a delightful surprise, perfect for enjoying the vibrant atmosphere. The apartment had all the necessary amenities and the quietness was a pleasant surprise. We highly recommend this place!

The loft-style apartment was absolutely adorable, with a duplex layout and a cozy lounge area. the attention to detail in the interior design was impressive, perfectly blending with the historical character of the building. . the location couldn't have been better, situated in the heart of the old town. We were just a short distance away from the central market, cathedral, and other historical landmarks. the host was incredibly responsive and welcoming. They promptly answered all our questions and made us feel right at home.

Great location in the heart of the city with fantastic access to restaurants and bars. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. Our children had a blast exploring the city and we were able to easily navigate to key attractions within minutes. The apartment itself was modern and stylish, with a well-equipped kitchen that allowed us to cook meals and save money. We loved the convenience of having the central market nearby, where we could buy fresh ingredients. it was a memorable experience for our whole family.

My wife says that the bathroom was a bit small for our large family.

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The location is super, right in the heart of the city. The owner is extremely friendly and accommodating. The apartment itself is jaw-dropping, with a unique design that perfectly captures the historic charm of the building. Plus, the rooftop terrace is simply INCREDIBLE. We will definitely be back!

The living room opens onto a private balcony, perfect for people-watching. The hotel's convenience to public transportation is a plus. Loved being within close proximity of Plaza Redonda and La Lonja de la Seda de Valencia.

Oh, the joy of needing 40 minutes to walk to The City of Arts and Sciences. Such a delightful daily exercise.

We were able to easily walk to all the main tourist attractions and there were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. the apartment was nicely decorated and provided a relaxing space to hang out after a day of exploring. We particularly enjoyed the balcony, where we could sit and soak up the atmosphere of the city.

There were a couple of small issues that could be improved. the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak, which made it difficult to fully enjoy a refreshing shower.

Excellent location in the heart of the old town. Balcony with vibrant views. Short walk to Central Market, restaurants, and sights. 3-story apartment with a lift. Minimal kitchen but host responsive to requests. Comfy and felt like home.

My partner and I stayed at Bubuflats for 25 days, including during Las Fallas, and had a fantastic time. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town, with stunning balcony views of a vibrant "placa." We loved being able to sit outside and soak in the atmosphere. The apartment itself was modern and stylish, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable amenities. The host, Marina, was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing us with great recommendations and promptly addressing any questions or concerns we had. Additionally, the rooftop terrace was a highlight, perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sun. Highly recommended!
